TGS is always seeking women to join our team who, first and foremost, believe in the mission of the magazine which is:
to provide a platform where teens who identify as girls can express themselves creatively, gain real-life professional experience, and build confidence,
as well as in the vision, which is that
This Girls Story will be a solid, established resource for self-expression of teens who identify as girls, through which they learn to define their voice, and build skills to help them become strong, articulate, compassionate leaders.
All operations at TGS are digital. Though the organization was incorporated in Illinois, volunteers are welcomed nationwide.

Put your amazing grammar and editing skills in action. Select content to publish in the magazine. Proof and copy edit to publish a fabulous literary magazine filled with girl-generated content. High school girls can apply for the committee by clicking the button below.

TGS is very much in the building stage. We are all learning together as we go, so anyone considering joining us, please come with your ideas, a sense of adventure, loads of patience and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
